As a patient — your rights, your responsibilities, our services, and how to reach us.

Your Rights

  1. To receive medical advice and treatment which fully meets the currently expected standards of care & quality, and to know charges for the same.
  2. To be given a clear description of your medical condition.
  3. To accept or refuse any medication, investigation or treatment, and to be informed of the likely consequences of doing so.
  4. To have a second medical opinion.
  5. To have your privacy, dignity, religious and cultural beliefs respected.
  6. To have information relating to your medical condition kept confidential.
  7. To make complaints / suggestions.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Give us as much information as you can about your present health, past illness, medication, allergies, and any other relevant details.
  2. Follow the prescribed and agreed treatment plan, and comply with the instructions given.
  3. Show consideration for the rights of other patients in the hospital by following the hospital rules concerning patient conduct.
  4. Keep appointments that you make, or else notify the hospital as early as possible if you are unable to do so.
  5. Do not ask us to provide manipulated facts, fake receipts, or certificates.

Indoor Treatment

  1. All patients admitted in various wards of the hospital are treated as per hospital policy.
  2. Diet is provided to all indoor patients.
  3. Visitors are allowed only at notified visiting hours. ICU: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
  4. Free treatment facility for Economically Weaker Section patients (OPD – 10%; IPD – 10%).
  5. Free registration & free bed charges for BPL category patients.
  6. Staff nurses are on duty round the clock in the wards.
  7. Admitted patients should contact the staff nurse / floor manager for any medical assistance they need.
  8. Special wards: ICU, MICU, ICCU, SICU, PICU, NICU, OBS. HDU / ICU, Burn ICU.
  9. Devices such as ventilators, defibrillators, nebulizers, incubators, etc. provide better quality medical care.
  10. Operation theatres — fully equipped modern operation theatres where all kinds of major and minor surgeries are performed using the latest techniques and technology.

Miscellaneous Facilities

  1. Wheelchairs and stretchers are available for the convenience of patients.
  2. 3 ambulances are available on a payment basis, round the clock, on all days.
  3. A standby generator caters to emergency services in the event of a power breakdown.
  4. Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centre.
  5. Adequate drinking water and toilet facilities are available.
  6. Coffee shop open 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Cafeteria 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
  7. Pharmacy services located on the ground floor & 2nd floor (24 hours, 365 days).

The hospital is a No Smoking and No Alcohol zone.

Complaint & Suggestion

  1. There may be occasions when our services do not meet your expectations. Please do not hesitate to register your complaints with our MS / AMS / Director-HR / JEO / AO.
  2. You may also fill up the Feedback Form and drop it in the "Suggestion Box," or send it to the Administrator's Office, which is opened and verified by the concerned authority.

Doctors wear white aprons and nurses are in uniform. All staff members wear identity cards.

A location guide map is available near the main entrance of the hospital. Enquiry counters exist at the main reception and in the OPD hall.

Timings: 24 hrs, 365 days

  1. Casualty medical officers and residents are available 24 hours, 365 days.
  2. Call days are fixed for various doctors, who are available round the clock.
