Pathology is the study of disease. It is the bridge between science and medicine. It underpins every aspect of patient care, from diagnostic testing and treatment advice to using cutting-edge genetic technologies and preventing disease. Doctors and scientists working in pathology are experts in illness and disease.

Under Graduate Curriculum:

  • . Pathology, as general, systemic and clinical pathology, along with lab medicine is taught at II MBBS as III, IV and V semesters.

  • . Undergraduate students are encouraged to participate in seminars periodically in various topics

  • . This curriculum includes 2hrs of theory and 2 hrs of practicals weekly.

  • . Exhibits on various pathologies are prepared by the students and judged.

  • . Quiz programmes for the students are organized
